Also on Thursday nights, ladies & gents come dressed to impressed, and Savannah’s most classy and upscale night club SubZero comes to life. At this ice-themed decorated venue, you’ll find swaying hips moving to the rhythm of sultry salsa, merengue, and bachata music while Salsa Savannah heats up the floor. For $15, even those with two left feet can learn how to salsa during the beginner salsa lesson from 7-8pm followed by more advanced classes after. Be prepared for a late night as the free open dancing begins at 10pm and goes until 3am. The multi-cultural crowd here typically ranges from ages late 20s to early 50s, and our Marketing & Sales Manager Candace, pictured at the right, can attest to the blast you’ll have at this venue.
If you have visions of Dancing Like the Stars in your head and happen to be in town the third Saturday of the month, check out USA Dance of Savannah, a group consisting of dancers from many of the ballroom studios in the area.
